Just wanted to drop a line to say many thanks for a great weekend (24th October). Both the hotel and chocolate weekends are made by your welcome and personalities, absolutely great. This is just a quick message to say thank you so much to both of you for a wonderful time this weekend, we could not have asked for a more perfect way to celebrate our anniversary and are already planning our next visit as we enjoyed it so much.

I just wanted to say thank you very much for the fantastic chocolate workshop that our hen party attended on Saturday morning - they all absolutely enjoyed it and were really pleased that they had been able to make something edible as some of them have had some very disastrous experiences in the kitchen!!

It was an activity that they could all join in and we all felt very virtuous going off to our cheerleading workshop having eaten so much chocolate!

Also - the buffet you provided was just perfect, so thank you for making arrangements for that.

Just emailing to say what an absolutely fanstastic workshop on Saturday morning. It is one of the best events I have ever attended, truely fun and educational, who would have thought that chocolate is one of my five a day! Bring it on!

I am sending a photo of the guys, I am instantly recognisable as the one behind the camera! Would you please be so kind as to send me the recipe and instructions as there maybe just one or two of my family who will be receiving handmade/homemade chocolates for Christmas. The mint chocolate crisp was also sensational, thanks.
