ROOMS & RATES

We have 13 chocolaty rooms consisting of 2 Scrumptious Suites, 8 Delicious Doubles, 2 Tantalising Twins and the Sweetest Single you will ever see!

Each room is slightly different in size & shape. Some have showers, some have baths, some have sofas, but what they all have in common is that they are all finished to the same high standard.

All rooms offer the following:

• Daily chocolate!
• En-suite bathrooms with complimentary toiletries
  
• Tea & coffee making facilities
• LCD flat screen TV’s with remote control
• iPod docking station
• Free WIFI access
• Breakfast included
• FREE PARKING

• We DO NOT have family rooms with 3 or 4 beds. In our 3 family rooms are leather sofas (as in the picture above) that open into a bed.
• Please note that none of the rooms with sofas have a bath, but all have showers.
• Rooms marked as Double / Twin are all made up as a Double unless requested IN ADVANCE as a Twin. Please advise in the 'special requirements' section when making a booking.
• Children from 4 - 11 years in a family room are charged at £20 extra per child, under 4 are free.
• 12 years and over in a family room  are charged at £40 each extra per night, per person.
• We do not encourage 3 adults in a room.
